I strive to be transparent about my pricing. To give you a general idea of my design service costs, I have included a list below.
Please note that these prices are subject to change, but once we agree on a scope of work for your project, the price won't change unless you request additional revisions or design elements.

My most affordable package. Based on the references you provide and a branding questionnaire I will provide for you to fill out. In this branding package I will create a standard branding system for you with ZERO Revisions. You accept what is created. 100% paid upfront, this option is the best option if you are uncertain of what you would like.

CUSTOM MONTHLY
WORK RETAINERS
($3,000 USD MINIMUM)
Month to month custom tailored retainer projects. My retainer option is best for large custom projects, or if you know you need a set amount of deliverables every month.
Paid 100% Upfront at the start of the month before work begins.
Monthly retainers are quoted based on your timeline and the number of final deliverables you need every month. I take a limited amount of clients on for monthly retainers.

PROJECT TERMS & INFORMATION
In all of my branding package options, I offer free creative consultation throughout the branding process. Creative consultation is also offered as a standalone purchase option if you wish, starting at $250 per hour.
If you would like further insight from me on design, ideas, brand guides, marketing, etc, I am more than happy to share my thoughts. All consultations must be paid before meeting, and are scheduled in 1 hour blocks.
PROJECT TIMELINES
I average anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete a project (this includes revisions) A first draft will be ready in 1 to 2 weeks, and revision timelines are dependent on your response time and how complex your request is.
If your timeline is more urgent than this a rush fee will be added to your project. Rush fees are dependent on the scale of your project and how quickly a timeline must be moved forward. I will notify you if a rush fee will be applied based on your provided timeline.
I ask that revision requests be made within 3-5 business days of receipt of the round. If you take several weeks to respond to me with revision requests, timelines and expectations will change. If we do not hear from you for 30 days, your project will be cancelled and the assets made available for other projects.
REVISIONS & RESPONSE
The amount of iterations allocated for each of my services varies due to the level of time and work involved, as well as the significance each piece will play in your brand’s identity.
As such, it is crucial that when we begin working together, any brief given is concrete in its direction. I am not responsible for a change in brief or visual direction, and any such changes during a project will incur a revision fee.
LOGOS: 3 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS
SUB-LOGOS, ICONS, APPAREL DESIGN & PACKAGING: 2 ROUNDS OF REVISIONS

These revisions carry over to any services within branding systems as well. I am always happy to extend beyond the standard amount of revisions offered if necessary, however, we do charge an additional fee per extra revision; the fee is $250 USD per additional round of revisions.
In order to provide you with the most efficient service possible, I kindly ask that any feedback is provided within a week of receipt. If for any reason, feedback will take longer, please let me know; it’s never an issue, and I am always happy to accommodate if life gets in the way.
KILL FEE
Project Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances can change, and projects may need to be canceled. Here's how I handle cancellations:
Cancellation Before Work Begins: No fees will be incurred.
Cancellation After Work Begins: A cancellation fee will apply to compensate me for the time and effort already invested in your project. This fee is 50% of the remaining balance on your invoice.
Unique Circumstances: We recognize that situations can be complex. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to me. I will be happy to discuss your situation and see if a mutually agreeable solution can be found.
Project Revival: If you decide to resume the project within 90 days of cancellation, you can do so by paying the remaining balance on your invoice. I will be happy to pick up where we left off.
Project Files: After 90 days of cancellation, the project files may be used for future client projects or offered for sale.
DEPOSITS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
I believe in a clear and upfront payment structure to ensure a smooth working relationship. All initial deposits are Non-Refundable and cover time to meet with you, write a proposal and secure your project in my design schedule. Here's how it works:
50% Deposit to Secure Your Project Slot: To secure your spot in my schedule and kick off the initial planning phase, a 50% deposit is required before we issue the project questionnaire. This deposit goes towards the total project cost.
Project Questionnaire & Collaboration: Once a deposit is received, I will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to gather all the details needed to understand your vision perfectly. We'll then work collaboratively to refine the project scope and finalize the total cost.
Remaining Balance Due Upon Approval: After you have approved the final project deliverables, the remaining balance will be due before final files are sent to you.
Custom Payment Plans for Larger Projects: For projects exceeding $15,000 USD, I understand the need for flexibility. We can discuss custom payment plans that fit your specific budget and timeline, based on milestones reached. By entering into a project with me, the above terms are automatically acknowledged.
PROJECT PROOFS & FINAL HANDOFF:
PROJECT PROOFS: All project proof’s are watermarked, and given to clients at screen size resolution for review. I do not give proofs to clients that are not watermarked or are at full resolution. Watermarks are removed at the end of the project when your invoice has been paid in full.
FINAL FILE HAND OFF: All final project-ready, print-ready, or web assets are given to you once your invoice has been paid in full.
PROJECT ASSETS WILL NOT BE GIVEN TO YOU UNTIL YOUR INVOICE IS PAID IN FULL.
This policy is in place so I can focus on making the best possible work for you, and so I do not have to chase clients for unpaid invoices or late payments.
Under no circumstances will I release final files unless your invoice is paid in full.
For all payment plans, files will be released to you based on milestones, and in line with your scheduled payments. If payments are missed on a payment plan files for that milestone will be held until payment is made.
